Probably one of the best parts about Spring is Spring break. It's the perfect week off from the busy world to travel, relax, and do some Spring cleaning. Spring closet cleaning I mean. ;) Although I didn't travel for spring break, I've enjoyed my relaxing stay cation.
This Spring break I decided to change up my eating habits by adding more fruits and vegetables and taking out the junk and fast food. On top of that, all liquids I consume are tea or lemon water. While eating healthy, not only have I noticed a change in the amount of energy I have throughout the day, but I've also noticed a change in my skin as well! I feel like my skin just glows. I'm so glad that I chose to spend my spring break relaxing and eating healthy, and I can't wait to get back into the swing of things--feeling better than before. :)
