I went on an ice-cream date with a friend today at this quaint retro diner called Rosy's -- a cute little gem with a fifties ambiance. I wanted to wear something pretty and vibrant in color to compliment my summer tan, and this dress was the first to come to mind. It was gifted to me for my birthday a couple of years ago from my mom, she has great taste btw. I love the classic cut, and beautiful lace. It's timeless piece -- something that I can wear years from now. It's a vibrant poppy orange hue, with delicate tiered chiffon & lace pleats. I paired it with a dainty navy bow cincher, white clutch with gold embellishments, gold pointed-toe pumps, and polished it off with matching poppy lips.
